Registration
Step 1 – Online Registration
It is vital that you use the Parent Login ID (PIV User Name). If you do not use that number as part of your setup, your children’s information will not connect to your profile.
Step 2 – School Meal Program
IMPORTANT: Free/Reduced Meal Applications for next school year cannot be completed until after July 1st. Parents can expect an automated email and/or call in July/August timeframe with additional information.
Breakfast and Lunch are available at Scio Middle School for a nominal cost. Many families are eligible to enroll in the Free and Reduced Meal Program. For more information about the benefits and to answer questions you may have please visit the following links:
Step 3 – School Enrollment Forms
You may print out the following forms to bring completed to Registration day to speed up the process or you can complete the forms at registration. These forms are necessary to register your student at Scio Middle School.

- Administering Medication
- Optional Student Insurance (English)
- Optional Student Insurance (Spanish)
